The King County Wage and Benefits Survey is now open and runs to 5/2.
Participation is open to all King County-based and serving nongovernmental, nonprofit entities.
All human services organizations are encouraged to reply in order to build our understanding of compensation practices so we can ultimately increase the funding needed to bring wage equity for human services workers!
The results will be broken down by sub-sector and budget size to see how the pay levels at nonprofits compare to compensation practices. After the survey closes, the information for more than 200 job titles will be available at no cost.
Ideally, this data can lead to conversations with funders and others about wage equity for human services workers.
501 Commons is administering the survey. Read more here!
