501 Commons is conducting an Employee Engagement Survey in partnership with the King County Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy (VSHSL). The survey is designed to help nonprofits increase employee satisfaction. The hope is that changes guided by this information would lead to improved retention of talented employees.
Make your voice heard. Share how factors beyond your paycheck impact how you feel about your work.
The past year has been especially difficult for nonprofit employees, so please take the 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. You’ll be asked to rate things such as work culture, how well your supervisor supports you, COVID-19 response, and more.
The survey is anonymous, meaning no one at your organization or King County will know how you answered any questions. Individual responses are entirely confidential and are submitted directly to 501 Commons.
