Join us on December 17th for our two-part annual meeting! We will be starting with an educational forum and roundtable, followed by our annual member meeting
About the Forum Roundtable:
4 brief talks followed by break-out conversation, time permitting.
The pandemic has led to sweeping ramifications throughout the health and human services sector, and society as a whole. It has exposed major systemic weaknesses, among them, gaps in our public health infrastructure, vulnerabilities in our health care financing system, and pervasive racial inequities.
During this series of short presentations, four leaders will reflect back on the last 18 months to share observations, lessons learned, and projects undertaken through the pandemic, and to lay out considerations for decision-makers as they work to build more resilient systems in to the future.
- Catherine Cruz, Family Engagement and Community Outreach Coordinator, Lake Washington School District
- Sherryl Grey, Director of Community Health Services, International Community Health Services
- Nanda Tewari, Senior Services Coordinator, Indian American Community Services
- Jennifer Jefferies, MS, MHP, LMHC Executive Director, Ikron Greater Seattle
About Our Member Meeting:

The Eastside Human Services Forum has been undergoing some significant changes. We invite all current members to join us to discuss the future, how the Forum can pivot to serve and advocate for our community more effectively, and to vote in our new board.
